What You Need:

ground beef, one pound

the amount of breadcrumbs for half a cup.

a single big egg

1 thinly sliced tiny onion

2 minced cloves of garlic

Half a cup of ketchup

Grated cheddar cheese, measuring 1/2 cup

1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley (plus more for topping)

Get ready:

Prepare the oven to bake to 375°F, or 190°C. Put parchment paper on a baking pan and set it aside.

Combine everything for the meatloaf: In a large basin, mix together the crumbled beef, egg, milk, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Thoroughly blend all ingredients.To shape the bites, take a tiny quantity of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. In the middle, lay a small piece of cheddar cheese.

Take a small ball of meat and mold it around the cheese. Position the dish on the baking sheet that has been warmed.

Proceed with the leftover meat and cheese in the same way.Get the glazing started: The ketchup and mustard should be mixed in a small bowl.

Spread this mixture evenly over every slice of meatloaf.Turn the oven on and bake the meatloaf bits for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and the tops have caramelized.
