1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 can of cream of potato
Pack of bacon
Shredded cheese

In a 13×9 in pan put your uncooked scallop potatoes in the bottom of the pan.
Mix sauce pack in a separate bowl as directed on the box.

Cook uncovered on 350 for 25 mins
While in the oven cut up your bacon into pieces and cook, set to the side when done.
After 25 mins remove pan from the oven, top with bacon pieces and shredded cheese.
Put back in the oven for 10 mins
