Garlic and Herb Baked Potatoes


Ingredients:


4 potatoes


4 cloves of garlic, chopped


50 g butter, melted


50 ml vegetable oil


Salt, to taste


Oregano, to taste


Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).


Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them in half lengthwise.


Place the potatoes in a baking dish, cut side up.


In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, chopped garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and oregano.


Pour the mixture over the potatoes, ensuring they are well coated.


Bake for 50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.


Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
